Forever...
Like you want it more than I do. Right. Whatever...
Notice that you're always the one that always starts the fights about forever. You're the only one that ever brings it into question.
Tonight, we didn't need to fight for any reason. You're the only that got so mad when I was a little sarcastic about the waitress hitting on you. My B for not liking that, but I wasn't mad.
And now you're telling me that you're very possibly going to break up with me soon.
Fan-fucking-tastic day.
I hope you're all having a better one than I am.

The End of Summer.

You know, I'm pretty sure that's true. (:
Last night was a blast, and sadly, I don't have any pictures. I wish it hadn't stormed, but at least we got to sit out by the fire for a little while. We'll try again guys, promise. (:
Hanging out with Mercedes for four days at the Iowa State Fair was great. I hope she can go next year too. (: And then coming home to hang out with Sam, Calvin, Kyle and McGee was a perfect end to my summer.
I laughed so hard at Sam and Calvin, when they were trying to hook up the mower so they could get the wood. I think Kyle took quite a few pictures out here. Mercedes and I ran around before they got here, cleaning and stuff. And making Sunflower Cookies. Which are very good, by the way. McGee was kinda spacing the entire time, execpt when I was singing when were watching RENT. "Amazing voice" my ass.
School starts tomorrow. Yay. (:

I'm Paige, and this is my favorite charity.

You'd be amazed how much you can care for people you've never met. Or how much you can hurt when you've never felt the hurt that they do. I believe in this cause, more than anything else. Because no one should be stripped of everything they have, especially a name.

Iowa.

Well, I leave for Des Moines on the 13th, and I'm so excited. I can't wait to see everyone up there, especially Aunt Kathy. I hardly ever get to see her anymore, but we're going shopping at Jordan Creek Mall. So I'll definately see her.
I hope Mercedes can go. It'd be so much fun to drag her around Winterset, showing her all the older stuff. (Like the drugstore, I can't wait to have a cinnamon roll!) And then I'd have someone to run around with at the State Fair. I love my mom and grandma, but I'm 15. I don't really want to have to hang out with them the entire time.
And then there's always seeing the rest of my family. Like my great-grandma. And Jerry and Aunt Cindy. I doubt I'll see Spencer this time. I kinda think thats a good thing though...
I'm excited. And I'll be home on the 17th. Whoo! 2 days before school starts. :)

I know you don't read this. But I miss you. And you don't seem to get how much I really do miss you. Get home soon. Call soon. Something.
Goodnight everyone.

Alright, so finally the post about L.D.W.

This is Inspiration Point.

It's my favorite place at Horizon. It's so beautiful, and it's just an amazing place to come and sit.

I made so many new friends at camp. I really hope I don't lose contact with everyone. I sort of have plans with Linnea and the other Derby girls to see them at the football game. :) And then I have definate plans to go see Levi in a play. :D I might have to wait until next year to see everyone else though.

Sad Day.

I'm pretty sure everyone had a blast. The moose game was a brutal competition, and so was the dart game. But that's okay. It was fun. And at least I didn't have to lay on the ground outside for ten minutes like Levi did. Goodness. The boys were mean. :)

Friendships are made so easily sometimes.

So, on Sunday, I asked Mercedes to spend the night with me. For the first time. And she went home today at like, 1. It's kind of odd, for me at least. I've never had such an easy friendship with anyone in my life. :)
She might be going to Iowa with us, for the State Fair. That'd be super crazy amazing. Although, it might be odd to talk about the sexy pants all that time. Haha. :)
I'm sorry for making you fat Mercedes. It's what fat buddies do though! :)
Lots of memories from the last four days. :)
And I wouldn't trade any of them for the world.

So, the last two days have been flat out hilarious and amazing. :)
Mercedes makes my day. So many inside jokes. :)
-Newsflash: Mercedes likes top.
-Mercedes is a wannabe band nerd!
-"you're my fat buddy! :)
-Ah! Turkey singing. :)
-"let's get married together! " "what a bargain!"
-"is she more comfy than i was?" "more so. It's the boobage."
-"the pants turn me on. Not what's in them. Just the pants. " courtesy of Mercedes.
-"i want rubber doors!"
This girl makes me giggle. :)
Haha. I love spending time with her.
P.S.- I wish you could call me... I miss you.

L.D.W

This is the week I go to Horizon. I'm so excited to be going to camp with Sammy and Cody. :)

I won't be easy to get ahold of out in Ark City. So, I don't know how easily anyone will be able to contact me.

I'll post again on Friday.
Well, probably.

Okay, yeah. I already miss him.

Yes I am dumb. He's been gone a little over 24 hours and I miss him already.

I kinda feel like he forgot what today was though... I had to say it before he did, and he usually says it when he wakes up in the morning...

So I don't know if he forgot or what. It just kinda made me a little sad.

Other than that though, my day was great. :)

I had lunch with my mom, her friend, Krystal, and Clarice. It was hilarious, because we were at Golden Corral, and Clarice was chowing down. For an eleven month old, she can eat. She's starting to walk though, and it's hilarious just watching her. She falls so much. Haha. :)

I Love My Niece.
I Love My Boyfriend.

Thats about it for today I suppose.

Kyle!

Hey, cheer up.
It'll blow over! And then you'll be texting me every 3 minutes saying how amazing it is to be happy.

You're in Boston to learn and have fun.
SO HAVE FUN! >:(
I'll be angry with you if you don't.
I'd like to know what actually went on, but I can't message her on MySpace or anything, so I'm not much help on this. Sorry for failing miserably.
Sam, Cedes, Cody, Sammy, and I all miss you.

Today might...

Kill Me.
You have no clue how many times I've had to listen to these songs.
The little kids seem like they like them though. And that's what makes this all worth it. That's why I love VBS.
Plus, guess what else happens today?
It's the last day I get to see Sam until he gets back.
It's going to be a long 3 weeks.

Hey Kyle!

Just by the way, that "beautiful piece of man" is mine. :)
Lol.

Kansas isn't that bad.

Kansas isn't really as awful as some people say.
Especially when sunset looks like this.
We had a little storm coming our way tonight, and I looked out the window to see this. It's amazing, even if I couldn't get a good picture because the wind was shaking my camera.
This picture still takes my breath away.
So yeah, I love where I live.
We may not have an amazing downtown. But there is no way you'd see an amazing sunset like this is a huge city. I like my small town, thank you.

You know, I'm not sure.

I don't know if you noticed, but I changed the name of the blog.

The name comes from a quote from William Shakespeare.

"Go to your bosom: Knock there, and ask your heart what it doth know."

To tell you the truth, half the time, I'm not sure.

VBS

Today was the first day of Vacation Bible School.
I love helping out, but my head might explode before the week is done. Stupid little kid songs. :(

Oh. And guess what else happened today. I found out that a man I know found his son this morning after his son had commited suicide. Nice way to start the day, huh?
Funeral on Friday. Whoo.

Yesterday,

My birthday was absolutely perfect, from start to finish.
But my very favorite part was watching the sunset with Sam. I feel like I got a special sunset last night, it was just so flat out stunning.
The events that happened on my birthday.
-Read the new Sarah Dessen book until about 4 a.m.
-Woke up at 10.
-Sam came over at noon.
-Napped with Sam until 4.
-Went to Abuelo's at 5:30.
-Went to Best Buy to pick out my camera (Black Nikon CoolPix)
-Went to the Marble Slab for Icecream.
-Had a duck sit calmly at my feet, hoping for part of my cone.
-Went home.
Yeah. My birthday was amazing.
:)

I had an amazing time in Greensburg. It was a blast.
Every minute I was working, I was so happy to be doing it. I had seen and heard about all the volunteers there, and I'm so happy I got to be part of rebuilding such an amazing place.

Everyone that lives there was so nice, and they made me feel at home. :)

This is part of my Youth Group. And in the center is Tiny. He pretty much watched us all week, and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

I'll have to post again later, after I get ahold of Janay's pictures so I can show you the Kansas City group that was there. (Janay is amazing. :D)
Anywho, I had a great time. And I got to see the Big Well, who knew Kansas had 8 wonders? :)
And the Art Museum was small, but AMAZING.

Monday, July 6, 2009

The Fourth of July was amazing. This was Clarice's first year, and she freaked out at first, and then ended up falling asleep before we finished. It just shows you that you can have a little peace almost anywhere.
Anywho, I leave for Greensburg in an hour or so. I'm really excited because I actually get to do something good for other people. It'll be good for me to get away for a little while too. :) I've been stressing the summer book project, and it'll be nice to be able to work on it somewhere other than my house.
I'll be back on Friday, I'll post and tell you all about it then.
Have a good week.

8:40am

It's July 2nd, and still summer.
So why was I awake to watch the sunrise today?

Reason 1: Bad dreams like to push me out of sleep early.
Reason 2: My mother made me get up to get one of the kittens from underneath her car.

Speaking of the kittens, they're only 2-3weeks old. So, they're at the age where they try to hiss at you and its just a tiny little sound that you just kind of laugh at. :) This is why this part of the summer is my favorite. :)

P.S.
I really don't have anything to talk about.
Except my cats.
My life is a bore.

AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

People make me want to scream sometimes.

Monday, June 15, 2009

Does it make me pathetic?

So, I've spent the last 5-6 hours crying on and off. And I don't care if I'm pathetic because I'm crying over a dog. It's not fair that we lost another dog, and after 4 years, I tend to be a little attached to my animals. I lost Onyx because of a stupid blood clot. This sucks, and it isn't fair.
To sum up the day, it sucked.
How was your day? Hopefully better than mine.

This makes me think.

This picture makes me smile, but it also makes me think.

I kind of knew all of these girls in previous years, but with the exception of Gina, I was never really close with any of them until this year. It just amazes me how fast we make friends, and how fast we can lose them. Asia is one of my best friends now, and I didn't even really know her last year. And the girl I thought of my best friend for most of 8th grade, I don't even really talk to her at all anymore.

And then there are circumstances like with Amber.

We went through a very long period of time where we didn't speak at all. But we weren't mad at each other. It's super weird, because we can still talk to each other like we always have. It's wonderful. And I'm glad to call that silly girl one of my best friends.

I've been thinking about who my real best friends are lately. And I think I've figured out the ones that get that title.

-Amber Stetler

-Caty Atterberry

-Asia Mackey

-Ellen Gulliver

These girls are the only ones I can truely talk about anything with, and they mean the world to me. And I hope that they all realize that.

I Just Found Out,

That my sister is pregnant again.

She had Clarice last August, and she just found out that she's pregnant again. She's happy, but I can't help but wonder what she thought her future would be when she was my age. I don't think she would have ever pictured this.
But that's okay. Life is full of possibilities, and it can take you down any track at any moment. You might have your sights set on a specific goal, but the choices you make always decides where you actually go.

Summer 2009.

What I've been waiting for. I've been itching to be out of school since October. And now that we are, I've realized yet again that summer is just a period of time between seeing my friends every day. It's been 2 days since we were released, and I already miss seeing them every day.

Do my friends see summer the way I do? I don't know.

I don't like school, true, but I hate not seeing my friends. I'm going to have to make major plans this summer. Especially with Amber and Ellen. And then there is Chels and Britt. And Caty. :)

This is going to be an INSANE summer. I have a lot to do. Church Camp at the end of July. Iowa State Fair in August. Plus softball tourney's on the weekends in between.
